Choosing friends means choosing your surroundings. It
determines our intellectual and emotional development and most often has a
tremendous impact on our life and our personality. Our friends are the mirror
that gives us the submission of ourselves.
Research has shown that the
better the quality of your relationships, the more likely you are to be happy.
So, being a great friend to someone and having friends support your back is
good for your wellbeing. That’s why I would like to spend weekend’s some time
with friends in such a busy schedule it helps us to strengthen our mind with
positive vibes instead of spending time on Smartphone.
Technology has shifted the
definition of friendship in recent years. With the click of a button, we can
add a friend or make a new connection. But having hundreds of online friends is
not the same as having a close friend you can spend time with in person.
Online friends can’t hug you when a crisis hits, visit you
when you’re sick, or celebrate a happy occasion with you. Our most important
and powerful connections happen when we’re face-to-face. So make it a priority
to stay in touch in the real world, not just online.
Here are some scenes of the today small trip to the
countryside, cycling trip with comrades. It had a great time, almost 25 km we
were riding a bicycle and subsequently, relax near the beautiful lake and
enjoyed the cascade.
